Returns
All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and contain all original packaging, instructions and accessories. New and unused implies original and saleable condition. Laundered, cleaned or barely used product is not considered unused. Upon receipt of a valid return the purchaser will be refunded the cost of the item, not including shipping, wrapping, promotional coupons and or special shipping fees.
All returns must be acknowledged by Baby Love before being shipped to the store. For a return authorization either e-mail us at returns@babylove.com or call the store at 877-550-2229 or 954-720-2300 for South Floridians.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (for damages and defects see below.)
Special orders such as some bedding, furniture and other lines are marked as so on the item's page. All special order items are final sale and are not returnable or cancelable once ordered from the manufacturer.
Some sanitary items such as pumps are final sale items. Others such as potty seats are non-returnable once open or used. Each product's page is marked accordingly.
Video and digital monitors are only returnable within 14 days of receipt of product, others within 30 days. Not every monitor will work in every house. Wall construction, portable phones and WIFI are only some of the factors that can cause interference. All monitors should be tested upon receipt for home compatibility.
Some items such as certain electronic mobiles have specific return policies. Please see the item's page on our site for specifics.
DVDs and CDs can only be returned if unopened. Open defective DVDs and CDs will be exchanged for the same title. We reserve the right unseal replacement before shipping.
Warranty issues on products are covered by the manufacturer. Most products carry either a 1 year or 90 day warranty. Incorrect shipping addresses that have already been shipped are subject to a change of address fee and a possible additional shipping fee.
If a delivery is refused, a return credit will be applied to the card, minus the cost of shipping. If order is reshipped, the customer will be responsible for a 2nd shipping charge.
We ship product in the best condition possible. Unfortunately there is the rare damage during shipping. Please notify us within three day of receipt of package if there are any damages. We will do everything we can to expedite the issue. Depending on the item and situation we might be able to just send replacement parts instead of replacing the whole item. Please be aware we cannot rush ship parts.

We must be notified of all defects within 30 days of the receipt of product, or you must go directly through the manufacturer (see warranty information above).
